One of the highlights of living here in Utah has been
living by JD's sister, Wendy, and her family. It has been wonderful getting to know their family better and developing friendships with them. We have loved spending numerous Sunday afternoons together.
Wendy is an outstanding cook, with numerous other talents. We knew we would miss their family when her husband was reassigned, yet we did not fully realized how much we would miss them. The other day we drove past their street and Ashlynn became all teary eyed and said, "I sure miss that family."
With a bit of a broken heart, I have to agree!
We were able to get together
for a Phippen reunion and all
nine children were able to attend.
Ashlynn found herself at home and happy with
one of the relatives family pet.
She really was meant to have parents who loved animals.
I love this picture.
These three handsome boys all graduated this year.
They have a graduation trip planned for the three of them.
It makes me happy that they are such great friends.
