COVID-19 Day 18 Let's Stay home

I decided today that if I was going to be HOME all day everyday I needed to brighten up the place. I bought these new pillows. They really do make me feel happier about staying home.

Alyssa sent this picture today of Luke smiling.
I love him so much!

Britton received a bunch of ammo and clay pigeons for his birthday yesterday.

He and JD decided today would be a great day to use it.

I thought it would be fun to type up some questions and have Ashlynn answer them for the remainder of this post.

What has been the hardest part so far about the school closure?

Online schooling has been a little challenging for me and I can't hang out with friends like I used to. Also I haven't been very busy but I'm planning to start working on my bucket list.

What are your favorite things about being home during this time?
Some of my favorite things to do are jumping on the trampoline, petting the next door horses, and doing anything outside. Also sleeping in everyday. The other day I slept in until 11:30am.

Does anything scare you at this time or are you feeling confident about how everything will turn out? It is a little scary knowing that this is a world wide disease but I know in my heart that god will help us all out.

Are you feeling sad about anything?
I'm really sad that I might not being going back to school this year and that means that I would miss the 6th grade dance, the field trip to Lagoon, and the talent show. I've looked forward to that all year.

What do you do everyday to help you adapt to being home? I love to go play outside, drink Dr.Pepper, make slime and drink Shasta Tiki Punch. I also love to play on X-Box and watch Disney+.

What else would you like to add....
I am looking forward to getting a sequel to the book Camp Rolling Hills in the mail this upcoming Saturday, and on Easter weekend I will be going up to my Aunt Lacey's house in Idaho and getting two female Miniature Lop Eared Lion-head baby bunnies which is really exciting.
