Today we went to Bridal Veil Falls.
It was beautiful!
The weather was amazing and it was
fun to get out and be in nature.
I originally was not going to hike up to the falls. I thought it would be fun to listen to my podcast and stay on the trail. The family all started calling me and I started wishing I would have joined them. I decided to hike up to meet them. The entire way I was thinking, "how in the world did Ashlynn get up this and how is she going to get down? " Once I arrived at that beam you see in the picture I noticed two girls who looked and me strangely. Surprised I said, "freak are you on an actual trail? " They were, and it made the rest of the hike a piece of cake:).
The rest of the day the boys were shooting,
Ashlynn was doing homework and hanging out with me.
The other day we watched Little Women. She has been begging for the book since then. She never begs for books. We bought it for her today!
Life is good!
